At the heart of Filtersoft® success is the Technology Research Center (TRC) laboratory.  The development of our proprietary  Microflex®, Polyflex®, Chemflex®, Poroflex® and Microsorb® filter media is the result of years of scientific laboratory research and infield testing and evaluation.   Within the Filtersoft® TRC laboratory is numerous sophisticated testing equipment utilized to determine :
  • Oil and particle removal efficiencies
  • Fiber and porosity measurements
  • Clean and saturated pressure drops
  • Dirt holding capacity
  • Single and multi-pass efficiency tests
  • Compatibility testing
